Hmmm... our DSL connection died last Saturday afternoon.

I sent an SMS to Richie and he replied that their technical people are "already working" on it. I got the impression that there was a problem at their end.

Come Monday (today), I found out that our modem hung. A reset fixed the problem.

Board Meeting

Whew!

I spent almost the whole day preparing the Board Meeting workbooks for Boss Babes on the notebook PC.

I felt tired when I finally finished it, but I also felt like celebrating. :-)

No one from LH delivered their backup CD-RW's so I couldn't burn any... I waited until 5pm!

Fortunately, I always carry with me the Main Office copies, so we had at least one backup burned.

Except for the backup CD burning, I spent almost all day researching on:
1. Linux and its different distributions
2. Latest worms/viruses (there are so many of them, averaging almost five (5) per day, judging from the alerts sent everyday by Sophos.

I'm planning on installing Knoppix (Debian-based Linux) on my home PC so I can learn more while I'm at home.

Went to ERC today and submitted reports for August 2004, plus sample residential bills from June 2002 to December 2002 to Joy Pante.

Before I left the office at around 9:14am, Rose asked me to align the P5210 printer with the statement of account forms.
