Spent about an hour cleaning the accumulated dust inside the PC after the replacement NIC didn't work.
Will continue cleaning it and the insides of the PSU, FDD and CD-ROM.

Changed the RJ-45 to no avail. I didn't know that Rico did not fix the PC, because I instructed Dongg to ask Rico when I was feverish (first week of November).
Maybe he tried to, but he usually informs me when he can't fix something.
Decided to change the NIC tomorrow (Saturday)
15 minutes.

Finally replaced her monitor with an old one, and installed the black AOC monitor that's the real match for DPP's black clone PC.
30 minutes, including cleaning of the monitors.
Will ask Junnie to bring the damaged monitor back to Ackers, the supplier.

6 year projections

The Aboitizes want those projections by Nov. 16 (Tuesday). I don't think we can finish them by then, though.
I couldn't finish my portion of the projection -- I need NPC's rates for the next 6 years!!!

She called me to say that the display has less color. And I saw that it's true.
No amount of tweaking fixed it.
I replaced the monitor temporarily and the display was fine, so it's the monitor that's damaged.
Will see if it's still under Warranty.

The carpenter had to enlarge the hole for it to fit under the desk.

So I asked Engr. Eli to provide me his projection submitted to DOE.
I couldn't access the file thru the network, so I went there and installed SpySubtract, ran it and found a few suspects and removed them.
Installed Firefox 1.0PR while at it. Also Electrical Calculations (trial).

"I have good news for you ... we will no longer be asking for your 10-year projections ... instead, we will be requiring from you just the 6-year
(2004-2010) projections, and the new deadline for submission is Nov 16/04.
These financial projections will be presented to the AEV Excom by the end
of Nov."
Goodie good news, huh? :-(
According to CFC, AGD said, "Kayang-kaya na ni Victor iyan!" Why do I get the feeling na hindi naman sila bilib sa akin, kasi, hindi nakikita sa pasweldo nila... :-(
